One of my infrequent hobbies is web design and web development.

Though web development pretty quickly scrapped off my list of ambitions, I can still find it occasionally amusing to do during my spare time.

My tools of choice are Photoshop, PHP, MySQL and Smarty.

During the past years I've developed small games and demos for personal entertainment and study assignments.

All these games have been developed using C++ and may require Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable to run.

I'd also like to note that most of these games have been developed with very strict deadlines and were part of a learning experience. They don't reflect my current ability and skill set.

Gamelab is one of the classes at NHTV's international game architecture and design course.

During gamelab teams of 2-4 programmers and 4-6 artists are required to design and implement a video game.

Gamelab is split into several phases including design, research, prototyping and production.

Each gamelab lasts 2 school blocks, which amounts to a total of 14 (2 x 7) work days.
